Delivery Information

PRICIA Hair & Beauty delivers orders within South Africa using Courier Guy door-to-door delivery and PUDO locker delivery.

Delivery Options

Courier Guy door-to-door: Your order will be delivered to the physical address supplied during checkout.

PUDO locker delivery: Your order will be delivered to your selected PUDO locker or collection point. You will receive collection instructions when the parcel is ready.

Delivery Costs

The delivery cost is confirmed at checkout and may vary according to the delivery method, destination and parcel size.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and stock availability has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking and Delivery Times

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or delivery to an outlying area.

Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and selected PUDO collection point are correct before completing your order. PRICIA Hair & Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If it appears damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours at info@pricia.co.za or WhatsApp +27 68 954 1418. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and affected item.
